i am a freelance culinary creative director looking to champion the next era of consumable experiences:
for brands, businesses, and individuals.

i am constantly inspired by culture, and am looking to partner with people and brands that aim to build out a creative world through a culinary lens.

my focus is shifting the conventional “hospitality group” to a more modern term, being “consumable experiences”; when hospitality is embedded in the idea through the consumer experience lens, it allows the creativity to flow through other outlets to make the experience feel authentic, connected to humanity, and inspirational.

i believe food is one of the foremost media that we interpret the world through, and that culinary experiences can be a specifically evocative experience when emotion blends with aesthetics blends with creativity blends with a vision.
